Research Focus: Pediatric Hemoglobinopathies
Ms. Sethachari’s research addressed a critical area of medical biology with her thesis entitled: “Study on the Prevalence of Hemoglobinopathies among Cambodian Children at Angkor Children’s Hospital from 2014 to 2021.”
The study provides an in-depth look at hereditary blood disorders, such as thalassemia and sickle cell disease, based on seven years of clinical data. This research is essential for:
