PHNOM PENH, March 3, 2026 — The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) campus was filled with energy as the first official volunteer meeting for Techno Sangkran 2026 took place. This meeting marks the beginning of a month-long journey to organize one of the most anticipated university-level cultural events in the capital.
