Empowering Educators: RUPP Hosts Graduation for Management and Teacher Development Programs
PHNOM PENH, February 21, 2026 — In a prestigious ceremony reflecting the national commitment to human capital development, the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) celebrated the graduation of educators and administrators from its specialized Management and Teacher Development Programs.
The event was presided over by H.E. Dr. San Vatna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), representing H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of MoEYS.
A Focus on Institutional Leadership
The graduation ceremony honored members of school boards and teaching staff who completed advanced certifications designed to modernize Cambodia’s public and private school systems. The certificates awarded included:
