Protecting the Eyes of Future IT Professionals
As students prepare for careers in software development, systems networking, and data management, maintaining healthy eyesight is a professional necessity. The workshop focused on:
- Digital Eye Strain Prevention: Understanding the “20-20-20” rule and other practical habits to reduce fatigue while coding.
- Proper Vision Care: Awareness of regular check-up schedules and identifying early signs of vision deterioration.
- Protective Habits: Tips for screen positioning, lighting, and nutrition to support long-term ocular health.
A Collaborative Effort for Student Well-being
The success of this workshop was made possible through strong community partnerships:
- Asia Health & Education Foundation: Provided the expert knowledge and medical insights necessary to educate students on professional vision care.
- World Vision Care: Offered vital support in making the workshop accessible to the PNC student body.
PNC remains committed to the holistic development of its students, ensuring they are healthy, empowered, and ready to thrive in the competitive IT landscape of Cambodia.
