Tech Innovation: NTTI and Chit R&D Center Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding
PHNOM PENH, February 23, 2026 — In a significant move toward advancing technical research and vocational training in Cambodia, the National Institute of Technical Training (NTTI) officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chit R&D Center.
The ceremony was held at the Institute’s headquarters under the high supervision of H.E. Dr. Yok Sithy, Director of NTTI, and was attended by government officials, professors, and 27 selected student representatives.
Strengthening Technical Research and Development
This partnership is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial application. The collaboration focuses on several key areas of growth:
