Raising the Bar: Manner International School Prepares for 2nd Annual STEM Exhibition
PHNOM PENH, February 18, 2026 — Excellence in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) doesn’t happen by chance; it is cultivated through expert guidance. In anticipation of the upcoming exhibition on March 28, 2026, Manner International School recently conducted an intensive professional development session for its teaching faculty.
Led by Mrs. Im Leangsim, the training was designed to ensure that every student project showcased this year meets high-quality academic and technical benchmarks.
The STEM Project Framework
The training provided teachers with a comprehensive roadmap to mentor their students through the Scientific Method and Engineering Design Process. Key areas of focus included:

- Research & Data Collection: Teaching students how to gather evidence and document their findings systematically.
- Testing & Iteration: Moving beyond the first draft by testing procedures, analyzing failures, and making improvements.
- Exhibition Excellence: Mastering presentation techniques to communicate complex ideas clearly to an audience.
