Dr. Chan Sophea, Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, chaired a critical meeting this morning to officially review and pass the “School Discipline Reinforcement Document.”
Held at the Primary Department Hall, the meeting brought together key representatives from the Primary Department and various technical units under the Ministry’s directive. The session utilized a hybrid format, with 19 officials attending in person (including 8 women) and an additional 22 participants joining via Zoom to ensure nationwide coordination.
